- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We frequented this place several times without incident. I had no trouble with the doctors and staff. Today I called to see they were taking patients at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. They said the were slow and accepting patients. I arrived no more than 20 minutes later. When I arrived they told me they weren't taking any more patients. There were no other cars in the parking lot, none in the waiting room and an hour left of their business hours. With no explanation they turned us away. I'm furious, holding a very sick three year old. If it had been 15 minutes to closing I might have understood but an hour left of the work day and no perceivable customers; it's unacceptable. I'll be putting in a formal complaint with the office management tomorrow.September 12, 2017by Michelle rearick
