- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son was seen in October after being referred by another dentist. I was told that he would be scheduled for an OR visit by the end of Novemebr. Late December, I called to see why he wasn't scheduled and was told that they needed more insurance information but didn't call to tell me that for almost 2 months. I take the information that they needed to them and was told the OR visit would be scheduled between the end of January/begining of February. It's the LAST weekend in February and he still hasn't been seen. I am now trying to get the dental office who referred me to him to refer me to UNC Chapel Hill because there is no excuse for this practice to keep putting him off like they have. He has been in so much pain that if he spends ONE more day in pain, I may end up taking him to the ER at UNC.December 18, 2016by Brandy Morton
