- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor is Great,and I like him very much. He is very thorough,and either does many tests himself,in office, or schedules them at the hospital (CCH). The issue,however, is with his damn office manager(?) or secretary, "Pam". No matter how many letters,from how many patients have been written about her,how rude and openly racist she is (she absolutely HATES white people,and it is very evident),and with these letters received & read by the Dr himself,he STILL refuses to get rid of her, or do anything about her. I had gone to him back in 2012,and,because of "Pam", never went back after 3 visits. Now, because of continuing issues,I have HAD to go back to him, and, after all the letters,complaints ect,"Pam" is STILL there. But, he IS a good Doctor,just weak in the "getting rid of employee's who bring his business down" department. I guess he either gets enough business that he doesn't care,or else SHE has something with which to blackmail him into keeping her. I would go to someone else if I had my way. Someone who has pleasant office staff, AS WELL AS being a great Doctor.February 13, 2017by Alan Craig
